I really loved this challenge. It was great following everyone's posts and activities, sharing experiences and getting tons of new ideas. It was honestly motivating, and I stayed even stricter Primal than I ever have before. I've branched out and discovered numerous new local resources for grass fed dairy and meats, as well as some online... including Bos Creek, Thrive Market, and Epic (bars). A tale often told around here... but going Primal saved and forever changed my life. I 'pay it forward', of sorts, by learning as much about nutrition and bio-chem as I can, and setting a good example for my friends and family. I happily take time to share what I've learned with anyone that expresses interest. This community is full of wonderful people and I'm happy to have crossed paths with so many of you.

This 21 day journey has been amazing. I chose not to weigh myself; I didn't want to enforce my prior bad habit of hitting a certain weight and then backsliding. I'm in this for good now. I did decide to take a picture of myself last Sunday, and then I took another one this Saturday. 6 days apart and the difference was REALLY noticeable. I was shocked! That was incredibly encouraging. There is no stopping!

I feel great! I'm sad to see this challenge end and have truly appreciated having a great community and daily checklist at my fingertips. I was able to stay 100% primal on my eating and even avoided chocolate for 21 days (a feat in itself)! I feel stronger, energized, positive and empowered to live a healthy life. I've lost 5 lbs, feel much happier, and have toned up as well from the daily exercise challenges. I've also noticed that my stomach pains have disappeared and now I only remember it's there if i start to get hungry. Perhaps the biggest achievement is changing my mentality to put my health first and refocus life. I have consistent energy throughout the day and don't have cravings ruling my thoughts and distracting me all of the time. This has definitely helped reduce stress and made both work and home life easier. My goal for this challenge was to eat cleanly and really get back on track with the primal lifestyle. I'd say I accomplished that and so much more! Thank you to all of you for your posts and support, and a big thanks to the coaches! Best wishes in moving forward, I hope everyone can feel this great :)
